I offer tailored exercises for you as an individual or as a group, to help you achieve your fitness related goals. I know that at times we get de-motivated and want to find an easier way, but changing into your training kit and allowing me to help you do the rest, is all you need to do.

I am also a food and nutrition weight management advisor, you would be surprised about how easy it is to make slight changes to your diet and quickly see and feel the effects it brings with it.

What You Can Do

Change comes from within, all I will do is show you the way.

I don’t believe in ‘no-pain, no-gain’ theories, however I do advocate hard work and fun sessions, I can work outside, your home or work place if feasible. I can show you a workout you can do in a small corridor, fitness is not all running and press ups……..

About Me

22 years military experience has taught me the importance of fitness, not only did I require it for my career, but it enriched my life, whether it was running around playing in the park with my kids or generally maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
